When re-roofing, our installers lay tarps on the ground around your home to collect any screws, fasteners, etc. that are removed and may fall to the ground during the tear-off phase and legally dispose of the old roofing material. Then a thorough inspection of the plywood substrate and fasteners is performed to ensure they meet Florida Building Code standards. Next, a self-adhering underlayment and MAPI metal roofing system are installed to guarantee long-term structural performance.
